Power Hydraulic Chuck, ASME B5.50 · CAT50

Order number: 50.8H10.3/4Z.3
Diameter 1: 19,05
Description
Power Hydraulic Chuck, ASME B5.50 · CAT50
Quality pass
Chuck body fine balanced G2.5 at 25.000 rpm or U < 1 gmm
Runout accuracy < 3 µm

In contrast to standard hydraulic chucks, Power Hydraulic Chucks feature a more rigid design. This makes them ideal for demanding rough milling operations, drilling applications, as well as for precise finish milling.

Shank CAT according to ASME B5.50 Form AD/AF
Form AD/AF means central coolant supply and coolant channels through the flange which can be sealed again

Hydraulic chucks are a high-precision clamping technology. Their functionality is based on a hydraulic chamber that expands slightly during clamping, fixing the tool evenly and with high precision. They offer excellent runout accuracy and high vibration damping.

  • Compact design and high rigidity
  • High torque transmission
  • Perfectly suitable for milling operations, thanks to radial rigidity and temperature resitance (up to 170 °C)
  • Excellent vibration dampening
  • Tool changes in seconds without peripheral equipment
Scope of Delivery
  • With back-up screw, without coolant tube
